CLLIX Apartments and Hotels in Brisbane is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Full-time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Brisbane Skytower. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional arrival experience and supporting daily front office operations.

The role covers check-ins/check-outs, enquiries, reservations support, payments, and coordination with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security to ensure smooth guest stays.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work in a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest enquiries and reservations with accuracy.
• Process payments and manage pre-authorisations.
• Maintain guest records in the property management system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Security.
• Support the Duty Manager with guest feedback and service recovery.
