Job summary

Veriu Group in Melbourne's northern corridor, through Punthill Epping Apartments, seeks a front desk/guest services professional. You will deliver high-level guest services, assist with concierge tasks, and contribute to a welcoming stay for business and leisure travellers.

Ideal candidates will have a First Aid and RSA certificate, flexibility for shifts, and a customer-service background. The role offers on-site work with opportunities for career growth within a growing Australian-owned hotel

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of guest services at check-in/check-out and during stay.
• Offer creative resolutions to guest complaints and problems.
• Know local area and provide recommendations to guests.
• Respond to emergencies in a safe and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to increase returning and new guests.
• Support Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to Veri-Best standards.
