Veriu Group in Melbourne is seeking energetic hospitality professionals to join Punthill Epping Apartments as part of our Fast-Track Hotel Management Development program. You will work under the Hotel Manager on guest services, operations and guest relations, in a vibrant, Australian-owned hotel group.

Qualifications

• Australian working rights required.
• First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays; no overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during stay).
• Provide creative resolutions to complaints and problems.
• Be the true host and local area expert to offer advice on points of interest.
• Respond to emergencies in a safe and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to increase returning and new guests.
• Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to Veri-Best standards.
