The Johnson in Brisbane, part of Accor's Art Series Hotels, seeks a Guest Experience Agent to welcome guests and orchestrate a seamless stay. You will manage check-in/out, promote hotel amenities, and share local insights to elevate every guest interaction.

You'll collaborate with teammates and operate across nights, weekends and public holidays, delivering exceptional service while representing Accor's standards and guest-first culture.
