The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Hotel Guest Service Agent to greet guests and deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Applicants should demonstrate outstanding communication, an ability to work calmly under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience with guest-management systems (Opera preferred) and flexibility for weekend shifts is desirable.
