Job summary

Workers Lifestyle Group in Western Sydney is seeking a friendly, experienced Customer Service Professional to join our Concierge team across three venues. You will welcome members and guests, perform ID checks, answer inquiries, and manage calls and announcements in a lively hospitality setting.

This role offers Above award rates, free onsite parking, uniforms, staff Christmas party, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation.
• Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints.
• Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG competency card, or willing to obtain.
• Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Competitive casual rate above award rate.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous manner
• Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
• Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate
• Answering questions about venues and providing all relevant information
• Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
• Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
• Taking member bookings for the Club courtesy bus
• Facilitate cloak room service; and
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
