Job summary

West HQ is based at Rooty Hill RSL Club in NSW and seeks friendly customer service professionals to welcome members and guests, sign them in and provide information on events and services. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, helpful experience in a busy venue. RSA and RCG are required (or willingness to obtain).

Availability for nights and weekends, plus day shifts, is essential. You will join a reception/concierge team and enjoy on-site benefits and penalties for evenings

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service ability, both face to face and over the phone.
• Experience in a face to face customer service role
• General knowledge of hospitality industry is advantageous
• Ability to be effective in peak periods and quieter periods
• Ability to quickly learn about the organisation and its products and services
• Must have RSA and RCG (or be willing to obtain one)
• Availability to work nights and weekends in addition to day shifts

About the role

West HQ is seeking customer service professionals to join our Customer Service team. Based in the Rooty Hill RSL Club, we have a team of Receptionists and Concierge staff who are responsible for meeting, greeting and signing in our Members and Guests as well as providing key information and direction.

This position also involves ensuring the appropriate legislative processes are performed accurately when allowing people entry into the venue including RSA.

West HQ is looking for the right person, someone who:

• Has a high level of customer service, excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Will provide information on events, activities and services occurring and have an ability to quickly learn about the products and services available across the business and use a computer well.
• Is a positive team player who strives to exceed customers expectations.
