Geely Auto Australia is seeking a commercially minded Assistant Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) to join the Business Operations team. You will support launch planning, sales performance analysis and market intelligence to drive commercial outcomes for ZEEKR products in Australia.

Across cross-functional teams, you will coordinate launches, track milestones and deliver insights. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least two years in automotive or GTM functions, with advanced Excel,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, economics, engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in automotive, consumer products, consulting, sales operations, strategy or GTM roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales performance analysis and market research.
• Experience with competitor analysis and market intelligence activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI or Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong project and stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Automotive or EV industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches in Australia.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Retail Ops, Aftersales, Finance and Network Development.
• Track GTM milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze vehicle sales performance, retail deliveries, orders, conversion rates, and customer trends.
• Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor dealer performance and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and product mix.
• Conduct competitor analysis on product specs, pricing and launch programs.
• Prepare regular competitor intelligence reports for local management and HQ.
• Ensure data consistency, reporting accuracy and timely insights across departments.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support GTM initiatives and strategic projects.
