Job summary

Swissport Australia is seeking a GSE Fleet Admin Coordinator to oversee maintenance planning, administration and oversight of the airport Ground Support Equipment fleet. Based in Sydney or Brisbane, you will support the National Fleet Manager to ensure efficient operations across the network.

Key duties include coordinating maintenance with internal and external providers, tracking costs, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering fleet performance reports.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with CMMS (e.g. Maximo).
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Commercially focused with results-driven mindset.
• Excellent analytical and judgment abilities.
• Experience managing internal and external fleet maintenance providers.
• Proficient in MS Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination of Swissport GSE fleet maintenance planning and delivery.
• Manage performance of internal and external maintenance providers.
• Fleet cost tracking, upkeep and budgeting for maintenance activities.
• Fleet compliance and safety planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and monitor systems for safe operation of all equipment.
• Raise maintenance work orders and approve purchases as needed.
