Job summary

Swissport Australia is seeking a GSE Fleet Admin Coordinator to oversee maintenance, administration, and oversight of the airport Ground Support Equipment fleet. Based in Sydney or Brisbane, you will work with the National Fleet Manager and Airport Managers to ensure efficient operations across the network.

You will coordinate maintenance planning, manage providers, monitor costs, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement while delivering high quality fleet support.

Qualifications

• CMMS experience and knowledge (e.g., Maximo).
• Excellent time management and organisation; able to adapt to changing workloads.
• Commercially focused with experience in a results-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and judgment abilities.
• Extensive experience managing internal and external fleet maintenance providers.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High-level verbal reasoning and interpersonal skills; capable of leading and coaching others.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and show initiative.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination of Swissport GSE fleet maintenance planning and delivery.
• Manage internal and external maintenance providers' performance and service levels.
• Plan, monitor and report fleet and plant equipment maintenance.
• Track fleet maintenance costs and upkeep of budgets.
• Ensure fleet compliance and safety planning, execution and reporting.
• Drive fleet performance improvements and best-practice projects.
• Develop, implement and monitor systems for safe operation of all equipment.
• Raise maintenance work orders and approve purchase orders as required.
