The BUSY Group is seeking a Website Specialist - Growth Projects to lead delivery of new website builds, refurbishments and digital projects across 20+ sites. You will own from concept through launch and post-launch review, coordinating stakeholders and partners to ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes.

You will work hands-on with WordPress and modern page builders, while also driving discovery, testing, SEO and analytics standards across multiple brands in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years' experience delivering website or digital projects.
• Proven experience managing website projects from planning to launch.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and modern page builders.
• Experience with content, forms, integrations and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility, SEO, site performance and analytics best practices.
• Strong PM, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines with attention to detail.

• Manage multiple website builds, refurbishments and digital projects simultaneously
• Translate business requirements into clearly defined project scopes and delivery plans
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers throughout project delivery
• Drive projects through discovery, build, testing, approvals, launch and review phases
