Zusammenfassung

The BUSY Group is seeking a Website Specialist - Growth Projects to lead multiple website builds and digital projects across 20+ sites. You’ll translate business needs into delivery plans, manage timelines, and collaborate with growth teams, content, and external partners to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

You will drive discovery through launch, ensuring accessibility, SEO, analytics and UX best practices are followed, while balancing multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years' experience delivering website or digital projects.
• Proven experience managing website projects from planning through to launch.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and modern page builders.
• Experience working with website content, forms, integrations and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility, SEO, website performance and analytics best practices.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Web Development, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related discipline, or Equivalent relevant industry experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple website builds, refurbishments and digital projects simultaneously.
• Translate business requirements into clearly defined project scopes and delivery plans.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers throughout project delivery.
• Drive projects through discovery, build, testing, approvals, launch and review phases.
• Build and maintain websites, landing pages and microsites using WordPress and modern page builders.
• Configure page structures, forms, calls-to-action and user journeys.
• Implement content and creative assets using approved templates and design systems.
• Coordinate specialist development and integrations with external partners.
• Support website launches and transition projects into business-as-usual ownership.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing before launch.
• Ensure websites are responsive, accessible and aligned with UX best practice.
• Implement on-page SEO and website performance standards.
• Coordinate analytics, tracking and conversion measurement requirements.
• Monitor and resolve website issues to ensure high-quality outcomes.
