Job summary

The BUSY Group is seeking an experienced Website Specialist - Growth Projects to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple website builds and refurbishments across a portfolio of over 20 sites. You will own projects from concept through launch, coordinating stakeholders and partners to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and measurable growth.

You will work closely with the growth projects team, digital specialists and content/creative teams, applying strong project management, UX, and SEO practices to

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience delivering website or digital projects
• Proven experience managing website projects from planning through to launch
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and modern page builders
• Experience with website content, forms, integrations and digital platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility, SEO, website performance and analytics best practices
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Web Development, Marketing, Communications or PM, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Website Projects End-to-End across multiple projects
• Translate business requirements into defined project scopes and plans
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate stakeholders, agencies and partners throughout delivery
• Drive projects through discovery, build, testing, launch and review phases
• Build and maintain websites and landing pages using WordPress and page builders
• Coordinate integrations with external partners and manage content/assets
• Ensure launches meet QA standards and performance/UX goals
• Support security, privacy and compliance workflows when required
