Job summary

The BUSY Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Website Specialist - Growth Projects to lead the delivery of new website builds, refurbishments and digital initiatives across 20+ sites. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage projects from concept through launch, coordinating stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality, user-focused experiences.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience delivering website or digital projects.
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with WordPress and modern page builders.
Knowledge of accessibility, SEO, website performance and analytics best practices.
Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Web Development, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related discipline.
Equivalent relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple website builds and refurbishments from discovery to launch and post-launch review.
Translate business requirements into clear project scopes, timelines and success metrics.
Coordinate stakeholders, agencies and suppliers throughout delivery.
Ensure quality, accessibility, SEO, analytics and performance standards.
