Job summary

The BUSY Group is seeking a Website Specialist - Growth Projects to lead the delivery of new website builds, refurbishments and digital projects across 20+ sites. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own delivery from concept to launch and post-launch review.

You'll combine hands-on website management with strong project coordination, collaborating with growth projects, content and external partners to create compelling digital experiences that drive organisational growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience delivering website or digital projects.
• Proven experience managing website projects from planning through to launch.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and modern page builders.
• Experience with content, forms, integrations and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility, SEO, website performance and analytics best practices.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Website Projects End-to-End across multiple concurrent programs.
• Translate business requirements into clearly defined project scopes and delivery plans.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers throughout delivery.
• Drive projects through discovery, build, testing, approvals, launch and review phases.
• Build and maintain websites, landing pages and microsites using WordPress and modern builders.
• Ensure quality, accessibility and performance, and coordinate analytics and conversion tracking.
