Opella is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to shape growth across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid work, you will translate insights into actionable, scalable commercial plans that accelerate healthy growth across self-care brands.

You will partner with sales, marketing and revenue teams to craft go-to-market strategies, optimize pricing and promotions, and unlock new opportunities. Leadership and collaboration are key to success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and delivering commercial, category, brand or customer strategies within FMCG or consumer health
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable plans
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver brand-specific commercial strategies across pricing, promotion, assortment and distribution; align with business objectives
• Lead annual commercial planning with sales, marketing, category and revenue teams
• Create channel and customer go-to-market plans to grow and strengthen partnerships
• Translate insights into compelling customer presentations and recommendations
• Collaborate with retail customers on joint business planning and category reviews
• Monitor performance, identify improvements and drive action plans to optimise results
• Coach and develop the Commercial Strategy Analyst and promote a collaborative team culture
