Job summary

WFI, part of Insurance Australia Group, seeks a Business Performance Manager for its Agency & Growth segment. Based across Australia, you will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, enable growth and drive operational excellence in a newly created role.

The position is a 12-month max-term, full-time and offers flexible work options including work from home and a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business operations, performance, strategy, transformation or improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across complex organisations.
• Confidence interpreting data and turning insights into meaningful business actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, governance and performance reporting activities that support strategic decision making and execution.
• Drive operational improvement initiatives, helping simplify processes and improve efficiency across the WFI Agency Network.
• Build strong relationships across leadership, agency partners and enabling functions to coordinate priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Translate data, insights and trends into practical recommendations that support growth and network performance.
• Coordinate executive and board reporting, ensuring clear, accurate and strategically aligned information is delivered.
• Lead and develop a small team focused on capability uplift, operational support and governance activities.
