WFI, part of Insurance Australia Group (IAG), seeks a Business Performance Manager to partner with the Executive Manager, Agency & Growth and shape the future of WFI's Agency & Growth business. This 12‑month max-term full‑time role is based across multiple locations in Australia, offering flexible working from home options and career development through the IAG Academy.

You will lead planning, governance and performance reporting, drive efficiency, and translate insights into practical actions

Qualificações

• Experience leading business operations, performance, strategy, transformation or improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across complex organisations.
• Confidence interpreting data and turning insights into meaningful business actions.
• People leadership capability with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
• Exposure to insurance, financial services or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business planning, governance and performance reporting activities that support strategic decision making and execution.
• Drive operational improvement initiatives, helping simplify processes and improve efficiency across the WFI Agency Network.
• Build strong relationships across leadership, agency partners and enabling functions to coordinate priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Translate data, insights and trends into practical recommendations that support growth and network performance.
• Coordinate executive and board reporting, ensuring clear, accurate and strategically aligned information is delivered.
• Lead and develop a small team focused on capability uplift, operational support and governance activities.
