Stan is seeking a Business Development & Partnership Manager to drive growth across consumer and expansion frontiers, executing bold commercial concepts with major B2B platform partners.

You will own key platform and brand relationships, collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Finance, and lead end-to-end campaigns to boost subscriber growth. This high-visibility role demands a proactive, self-starting mindset and a proven track record in strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development, GTM execution, strategic partnerships or commercial growth roles.
• Ability to translate concepts into executable growth plans across partners and platforms.
• Strong collaboration across Product, Marketing, Finance and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-value partnerships across major platform partners and brand collaborations.
• Deliver growth initiatives that boost subscriber acquisition and retention.
• Bridge strategy, product, and marketing to ensure seamless GTM roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end partner marketing initiatives across digital, on-ground and venue touchpoints.
• Measure and report on the commercial impact of partnerships to guide future moves.
