Reece Group is seeking a Branch Staff member for our Belconnen Plumbing branch to support plumbers and tradespeople with product access and branch operations. You’ll work closely with branch leaders and gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the business while building leadership-ready skills.

You will excel with a customer‑driven mindset, learn new systems, and be comfortable with weekend shifts. This role offers a pathway into future leadership across our network and development

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail sales or leadership is preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and provide information about products.

• Perform pick packing and stock control tasks.
• Maintain a safe, organised branch environment.
• Make deliveries using a company vehicle.
