Job summary

OC Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager for our Eastwood office in Adelaide’s inner north-east. You will manage a growing residential portfolio, build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, and work with an experienced team to deliver excellent service.

Essential qualifications include a current property management license, a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and 2+ years in property management, plus a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• A current property management license is essential.
• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.
• Demonstrable experience in Property Management (2+ years) is required.
• Exceptional customer service experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Day-to-day portfolio management support across a growing residential portfolio.
• Arrears management.
• Conducting property inspections, including ingoing, routine and final inspections, to ensure maintenance and safety standards.
• Attending tribunal hearings when required.
• Managing repairs and maintenance.
• Establishing competitive rental rates by conducting market research on local rates and overhead costs.
• Working collaboratively with the property management support team to deliver outstanding service.
