Job summary

Central West Waterproofing Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support multiple commercial waterproofing projects from initiation to handover. You'll liaise with project managers, suppliers and clients, coordinate documents, procurements and scheduling to keep programs on track.

The role offers full-time employment, development opportunities into project management, training, and a collaborative team environment across ACT and NSW projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Contracts Administrator or Construction Administrator role (preferred).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Buildxact, Procore, Hammertech or similar is advantageous.
• A current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multiple commercial waterproofing projects.
• Coordinate project documentation and maintain project records.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor material deliveries.
• Liaise with builders, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and project milestones.
• Prepare QA documentation, warranties and handover information.
• Assist with project scheduling and resource planning.
• Track project progress and maintain internal reporting.
• Assist with project cost tracking and variations.
• Ensure compliance documentation is current and complete.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Site Managers.
