Job summary

Strikeforce is seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Account Executive to join our Client Services team within our growing DIY division. Reporting to the Group Account Director – DIY, you'll coordinate national activations, analyse campaign performance and provide reporting that demonstrates results and ROI.

You'll work with Client Managers, field teams and Client Partners, supporting onboarding, invoicing, and ongoing account activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in account coordination or client services, ideally in marketing or retail.
• Curious, organized and data-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Services team with campaign and activation requirements, ensuring objectives, KPIs and targets are delivered.
• Prepare clear and engaging project briefs, field communications and newsletters.
• Analyse activation results and overlay multiple data sources to identify trends, opportunities and outcomes.
• Prepare client reporting that clearly demonstrates campaign performance, results and ROI.
• Maintain weekly trackers and reporting across key client priorities.
• Coordinate ad hoc projects and priority client activities from briefing through to completion.
• Manage selected client programs and provide ongoing account support.
• Assist with client onboarding and system setup in partnership with our Administration team.
• Prepare monthly invoicing information and ensure accurate supporting documentation.
• Work collaboratively with Client Managers, National Activation Managers and our field leadership teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
