Job summary

Strikeforce AMC is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our Client Services team. You’ll sit at the centre of Client Services and Operations, turning client plans into in-store activity across Australia.

You’ll work on briefs, POS logistics, client trackers and campaign analysis while collaborating with multiple teams. This role offers variety, exposure to major brands and real opportunities to grow in client services or commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client activations, projects and ongoing programs.
• Prepare clear briefs and communications for our field teams.
• Manage Point of Sale allocations and liaise with logistics partners.
• Maintain client trackers, CRM information and planning documents.
• Analyse campaign results and prepare client reporting, including performance and ROI.
• Support client reviews, presentations, forecasting and invoicing.
• Work closely with Client Services, Planning, Finance and Field Operations to keep projects on track.
• Identify smarter ways to improve processes and client delivery.
