Peninsula Australia is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead paid search initiatives from our Sydney office. You will own full-funnel campaigns, manage high-impact paid channels, and partner with Sales and Finance to convert leads into quality meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in managing complex Paid Search campaigns to meet monthly revenue objectives.
• Strong technical confidence with data integrations between Salesforce and ad platforms.
• Ability to audit end-to-end pipelines from ad click to sales conversion.
• Excellent communication skills to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Organised self-starter who can prioritise daily optimisation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise high-impact Paid Search campaigns from ground up with best-practice structures.
• Take full ownership of full-funnel paid performance, track pacing and drive optimisations.
• Audit and optimise leads flow from ads to meetings with sales.
• Manage Salesforce, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads integrations for attribution.
• Provide data-led insights and weekly reporting to stakeholders.
