Enrich Labs Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, driving revenue growth across brands.

You will own campaigns, optimize budgets, and collaborate with the creative team to scale performance. The role requires 3–5+ years in performance marketing, experience with e-commerce, and a strong focus on ROAS/CAC metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• E‑commerce/D2C performance marketing experience preferred.
• Agency experience managing multiple accounts across industries is a strong plus.
• Fluency in ROAS, CAC/CPA, and campaign architecture analysis.
• Strong ad creative and copywriting skills with data-backed optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and A/B testing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts daily, including structure, pacing, bidding and optimization.
• Scale spend profitably while maintaining ROAS and CAC/CPA targets with clear data.
• Manage Google Shopping/Performance Max campaigns alongside Meta Ads for unified performance views.
• Develop and test high-performing ad creatives with the creative team tailored to each account.
• Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization across accounts.
• Monitor and report ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, and conversion rate with clear performance updates.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution setup across platforms (Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Tags/GA4).
