Job summary

Macquarie Group's Consumer Marketing team is seeking a seasoned marketer to drive growth across our deposits and home loans portfolios. You will develop deep customer insights and compelling go‑to‑market strategies to accelerate consideration and acquisition.

Collaborating across the marketing ecosystem, you will lead end‑to‑end campaigns, measure channel performance, and translate data into actionable optimisations that improve conversion and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a strategic marketing role (consumer/product/growth) within financial services.
• Proven GTM strategy development and go-to-market execution with commercial impact.
• End-to-end campaign management from strategy to reporting.
• Experience using customer research and data to drive strategy.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making; GA is a plus.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and CRO initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
