Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proven success driving growth in sales, customer experience, or partnerships in retail, financial services or B2B.
• Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, credit risk, compliance and revenue models.
• Knowledge of local and global B2B markets, regulatory requirements for financial services and B2B ops.
• Strong ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior leadership.
