Job summary

SEDL Agencies is seeking a hands-on warehouse leader to run inbound through dispatch. You’ll shape the operation as it grows, build and lead a team, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

You'll manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, supervise rostering and performance, maintain stock controls, monitor KPIs, and ensure WHS compliance on-site with 7:30-4:00 hours and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a warehouse leadership role.
• Track record of leading and growing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of WHS requirements.
• Confident with KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Forklift licence (LF) highly regarded.
• Organised, hands-on and calm under pressure.
• Experience in a growing or changing business is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Run all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Lead, train and motivate a team, including rostering and performance
• Keep stock accurate through cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory controls
• Track KPIs for accuracy, on-time dispatch and productivity, and improve on them
• Keep a strong WHS culture and stay compliant with safety standards
• Work with transport, customer service and purchasing so goods move smoothly
• Find and carry out process improvements to support the business’s growth
• Manage budgets, equipment and site maintenance
