Job summary

Addition Projects Pty Ltd. is seeking a NSW-based Project Manager to grow our presence and oversee shopfitting and fit-out projects across Australia.

The role blends business development, estimating, client relationships, and delivery, with a focus on securing opportunities and delivering profitable outcomes. You’ll be out in the market, meeting clients, preparing quotations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, fit-out, shopfitting or a related industry.
• Experience preparing quotations and estimates.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and sound business judgement.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Knowledge of Buildxact software will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities.
• Attend client meetings and site inspections.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects.
• Represent Addition Projects professionally within the marketplace.
• Prepare accurate quotations and project estimates.
• Review project documentation and specifications.
• Assess project scope and commercial risks.
• Manage pricing submissions and follow-up discussions.
• Manage projects from award through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project resources.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and project profitability.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
