Searchability, a globally recognised brand, is seeking a hands-on Performance Media Specialist in Sydney. You’ll own paid search and shopping campaigns, shaping strategy, budgets, and optimization to impact traffic, revenue and growth.

Close collaboration with ecommerce and marketing teams will translate priorities into high-performing campaigns; expect data-driven decision making and ongoing experimentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in paid media.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong ecommerce experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Experience with Google Merchant Centre and product feeds.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, bid management, audience targeting and performance analysis.
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, SA360 or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Test-and-learn approach to optimise performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive paid search and shopping campaigns end-to-end.
• Lead strategy, budgets, and performance improvements to scale traffic and revenue.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to translate promotions into high-performing campaigns.
• Utilise reporting to uncover opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Stay ahead of new formats, automation, and platform capabilities to push performance.
