Job summary

Aon is seeking a Client Manager to drive growth within Victoria and the national Workers’ Compensation practice. You will apply your deep Workers’ Compensation expertise and consultative approach to deliver exceptional service on key accounts across VIC and nationally.

Supported by award-winning learning initiatives and experienced leadership, you will manage strategic accounts, mentor colleagues, and partner with insurers to reduce claims frequency and severity through targeted risk-improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a strong technical understanding of national Workers’ Compensation
• Demonstrated leadership capability and mentoring of colleagues
• Entrepreneurial spirit with growth strategies experience
• Strong network in the Workers’ Compensation insurance market
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of our national Workers’ Compensation strategy
• Account Management and service delivery on our key accounts across VIC and nationally
• Lead and develop strategies for growth and retention of our larger accounts, including co-chairing of strategic forums
• With insurer partners, help clients reduce frequency and severity of claims through targeted risk improvement initiatives
• Articulate insights from data and analytics tools and templates
• Manage interfaces with Client Service Support, Claims and National & Global Broking teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Insurers, Regulators and internal Brokers
