Job summary

drNC Skin, a dermatologist-founded Australian skincare brand, seeks a Senior Growth & eCommerce Manager to own the eCommerce engine and drive next-stage growth. You’ll optimise conversion, retention and AOV, working with the Founder, paid media agency, and content teams to turn data into revenue actions.

You’ll own CRO, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, leveraging GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo to identify opportunities across cohorts and channels, aligning launches with stock and marketing calendars.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in ecommerce growth or digital marketing.
• Hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience required.
• Strong data-driven approach to CRO and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise Shopify storefronts (merchandising, PDPs, homepage, bundles) and improve conversion, AOV and cart metrics.
• Manage Klaviyo as a revenue channel with campaigns and automated flows.
• Analyze GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo data to understand retention and cohort performance.
• Identify data-backed opportunities to increase basket size and cross-sell across products.
• Map the customer journey from first click to repeat purchase and fix drop-offs.
• Own the marketing calendar and coordinate email, site, social, PR, and paid activity around launches.
• Be the day-to-day contact for the paid media agency with briefs and assets.
• Lead product launch marketing across messaging, assets, channels and stock readiness.
• Own reviews strategy and extract insight for product and CX improvements.
