You'll lead campaigns, manage key accounts, and collaborate with the operations team to deliver exceptional revenue growth while representing the resort at industry events and functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel, events, F&B or hospitality sales.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at different levels.
• Track record of growing sales and driving revenue growth.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and aware of social media sales trends.

Situated in Coffs Harbour, with the largest Conference facilities between Newcastle and Tweed we are seeking a dynamic full time Sales Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and unlock new market opportunities.

This role focuses on contacting old business leads, winning back business, developing new sales strategy and business development, growing relationships with local government and events managers, with a focus on gaining new business. All business delivery will be handled by our operations team-allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: growing our business and driving revenue.
