Job summary

Australian Ethical, a leading Australian super fund and ethical investment manager, is seeking a commercially focused performance marketer to lead paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels. You will use data-driven insights to improve conversion and maximise return on ad spend.

You will partner with media agencies and internal teams to optimize bidding, creative testing and tracking, delivering measurable acquisition growth and media efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong campaign reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and dashboards.
• Experience managing external media agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels.
• Guide and partner with media agencies on setup, bidding and optimization.
• Review performance, budget pacing and key metrics to drive ROI.
• Write and refine ad copy aligned to objectives.
• Analyze CPC, CPA, ROI and full-funnel conversion with dashboards.
• Use platform AI and automation for testing and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tracking and landing-page conversion.
