Job summary

Priestley’s Gourmet Delights P/L in Brisbane is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team and own a portfolio of customers, driving growth across revenue, volume, range and distribution. You’ll build strong customer and distributor relationships, uncover opportunities, lead account plans and collaborate across the business to bring ideas to life.

You’ll enjoy ownership with real commercial impact, proactively engaging customers, and making things happen in a fast-paced foods environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and growing customer accounts in FMCG or foodservice.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with revenue, margin and profitability awareness.
• Proactive relationship builder with negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with account planning, forecasting and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts delivering revenue and growth.
• Build relationships with customers and distributor partners to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer needs and growth priorities.
• Lead customer meetings, business reviews, presentations and commercial discussions.
• Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet, product penetration and range.
• Manage customer forecasting, pipeline and CRM activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality to deliver commitments.
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
