Job summary

A Life Plus is looking for an in-house Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing function and drive profitable growth across customer acquisition, retention, eCommerce and brand. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role based in Botany with hybrid work and regular in-office attendance.

You will set marketing strategy and actively review performance, analyse data, direct campaigns and drive execution across Meta, Google, Shopify, CRO, email/SMS and retention.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership experience in ecommerce or DTC.
• Hands-on digital/performance marketing with proven scaling.
• Experience managing CAC, ROAS and retention.
• Strong data analytics and marketing attribution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall marketing strategy and growth plan.
• Lead customer acquisition across Meta, Google, and paid channels.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversions, and first-order value.
• Drive Shopify and ecommerce growth initiatives.
• Lead CRO, landing pages, funnels, and offers testing.
• Develop strategies to improve CLTV and retention.
• Oversee email, SMS, loyalty, and upsell initiatives.
• Manage internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
• Build dashboards and reporting for key KPIs.
• Establish testing frameworks and scale winning campaigns.
