Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role, partnering with the Store Manager and mirroring responsibilities to grow your retail leadership career.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster, lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach the team to hit sales targets, and execute VM and promotions while managing stock insights and upholding our culture.

Qualifications
