Job summary

Wow Recruitment is seeking a CRO-focused specialist in Sydney to own conversion across landing pages, booking flows, and email reminders. You will run continuous A/B tests on live funnels and use heatmaps/session data to fix weak points, while improving email nurture sequences to drive more booked conversations.

The role leverages AI tools daily to build pages, iterate copy, and speed up reporting, with a hybrid work setup in Sydney CBD offering two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong CRO background with hands-on experience running A/B tests end-to-end.
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily.
• Claude Code experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own landing pages, forms, booking flow, and email reminders after the click; optimize conversion across funnels.
• Run a disciplined, always-on A/B testing program across live funnels.
• Track conversion at each stage from page view to meeting attended using heatmaps and session data.
• Improve email nurture and campaign sequences to drive booked sales conversations.
• Leverage AI tools daily to build pages, iterate copy, and speed up reporting.
