Job summary

WOW Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization specialist to own the funnel from click to booked meeting, improving landing pages, forms, booking flow and reminders.

You will run an always-on A/B testing program, analyze heatmaps, optimize email nurture sequences, and leverage AI tools (Claude Code) to iterate copy and dashboards, driving faster growth and larger ad budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong CRO background with hands-on experience running A/B tests end to end
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow; Claude Code experience is a bonus, as the team is building AI dashboards to support testing

Responsibilities

• Own everything after the click: landing pages, forms, booking flow, and email reminders
• Run a disciplined, always-on A/B testing program across live funnels, testing headlines, layouts, copy, offers and CTAs
• Track conversion at every stage from page view through to meeting attended, using heatmaps and session data to find and fix the weakest points
• Optimise existing email nurture and campaign sequences to drive more booked sales conversations
• Use AI tools daily to build pages, iterate copy, and speed up reporting
