Job summary

Grill’d Pty Ltd is seeking a Growth Coach to lead a portfolio of NSW restaurants, partnering with leaders to build brilliant teams, lift performance and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You’ll coach multi-site leaders, analyse performance and support new openings, while upholding safety and operational standards to drive sustainable growth across the network. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Experienced multi-site leader in hospitality, retail or fast-paced customer environment.
• Passionate coach who builds confidence and accountability in others.
• Comfortable analysing a P&L, identifying opportunities and acting on them.
• Strong communication skills across all levels and stakeholders.
• Sets high standards for restaurant operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of NSW restaurants and partner with leaders to build capable, high-performing teams.
• Drive sustainable sales growth, profitability and strong commercial results.
• Coach, challenge and inspire restaurant leaders to improve performance.
• Turn insights from operational, financial and customer data into action for growth.
• Ensure consistent, memorable customer experiences and seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, workplace safety, and compliance.
• Support new restaurant openings and set teams up for success from day one.
