Job summary

Grill’d Pty Ltd is seeking a Growth Coach to lead a portfolio of NSW restaurants, partnering with leaders to build brilliant teams, lift performance and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You’ll coach multi-site leaders, analyse performance and support new openings, while upholding safety and operational standards to drive sustainable growth across the network. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Experienced multi-site leader in hospitality, retail or fast-paced customer environment.
• Passionate coach who builds confidence and accountability in others.
• Comfortable analysing a P&L, identifying opportunities and acting on them.
• Strong communication skills across all levels and stakeholders.
• Sets high standards for restaurant operations and safety.

Founded over 22 years ago, Grill’d started with a simple idea – to create healthy burgers that taste good and do good. Since then, we’ve grown from one Melbourne restaurant into one of Australia’s most loved hospitality brands, with 180+ restaurants nationwide and exciting growth still ahead.

2026 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet. We’re opening more restaurants, expanding into new locations and taking our Drive Thru footprint to the next level. With an elevated menu and a strong focus on developing our leaders, it’s an exciting time to grow your career with Grill’d.

As our NSW Operations team continues to expand, we’re looking for a Growth Coach to strengthen our leadership team and support the next wave of restaurant growth.

About the Role

You’ll lead a portfolio of restaurants across NSW, partnering closely with restaurant leaders to build brilliant teams, lift performance and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You’ll bring energy, commercial focus and a genuine passion for developing people. From coaching leaders and analysing performance to supporting new restaurant openings, you’ll play an important role in shaping the continued success of Grill’d.

• Experienced Multi-Site Leader: Proven leadership experience within hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer environment.

• Strong Communicator: Able to build trust, influence stakeholders and communicate clearly across all levels.
