Job summary

Grill'd Pty Ltd is seeking Restaurant Managers to lead 20–50 legends across Australia as we expand our footprint. You’ll create WOW moments for guests, coach your team and drive strong store performance.

Responsibilities include rostering, recruitment, stock and compliance with support from your Area Manager, plus performance reviews and local community initiatives through Local Matters.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-casual or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to manage rosters, stock, and compliance.
• Strong coaching, performance review and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20–50 team members and drive engagement.
• Oversee rostering, recruitment, stock and compliance with support from Area Manager.
• Develop your people with regular check-ins and development plans.
• Manage profit and loss, budgets and KPIs to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Champion Local Matters and community engagement programs.
