Job summary

Grill’d in NSW is seeking a Growth Coach to lead a portfolio of restaurants, partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams and deliver memorable customer experiences across the network.

You’ll bring energy, commercial focus and a passion for developing people, coaching leaders, analyzing performance and supporting new openings to drive Grill’d’s growth across NSW.

Qualifications

• Experienced multi-site leader with hospitality, retail or fast-paced customer environment.
• People development focus to build confidence, capability and accountability.
• Commercially minded with ability to analyse P&L and drive performance.
• Strong communicator, able to influence across all levels.

Our Story

Founded over 22 years ago, Grill’d started with a simple idea - to create healthy burgers that taste good and do good. Since then, we’ve grown from one Melbourne restaurant into one of Australia’s most loved hospitality brands, with 180+ restaurants nationwide and exciting growth still ahead.

2026 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet. We’re opening more restaurants, expanding into new locations and taking our Drive Thru footprint to the next level. With an elevated menu and a strong focus on developing our leaders, it’s an exciting time to grow your career with Grill’d.

As our NSW Operations team continues to expand, we’re looking for a Growth Coach to strengthen our leadership team and support the next wave of restaurant growth.

About the Role

You’ll lead a portfolio of restaurants across NSW, partnering closely with restaurant leaders to build brilliant teams, lift performance and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You’ll bring energy, commercial focus and a genuine passion for developing people. From coaching leaders and analysing performance to supporting new restaurant openings, you’ll play an important role in shaping the continued success of Grill’d.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and taking ownership of results.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Multi-Site Leader: Proven leadership experience within hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer environment.
• People Developer: A passionate coach who knows how to build confidence, capability and accountability in others.
• Commercially Minded: Comfortable analysing a P&L, identifying performance opportunities and taking action to improve results.
• Strong Communicator: Able to build trust, influence stakeholders and communicate clearly across all levels.
• Operationally Focused: Someone who sets high standards and understands what great restaurant operations look like.
• Solutions Focused: Brings energy, resilience and a practical approach to solving problems.
