You’ll own rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager, and coach your crew through regular performance reviews and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20–50 legends to drive engagement and results.
• Own rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
• Grow your crew through check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Keep the numbers in check by managing profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
• Champion the Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
