Job summary

MaxConnex is a Sydney-based agency helping healthcare practices and local businesses get recommended by AI. We are looking for a remote Growth Manager to run front-of-house operations, onboard clients, and keep the sales pipeline moving.

You will handle enquiries, qualify leads, book AI visibility calls, and manage proposals, onboarding forms, and invoicing. The role offers room to grow into a sales-focused position with commission-based earnings and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with warm, error-free emails.
• Confident phone manner and ability to follow up without being pushy.
• Organised, detail-oriented and self-motivated; manages own task list.
• Willingness to learn new software quickly.
• Interest in AI and how businesses use it.
• Availability for Sydney business hours call blocks.
• Active ABN and Australian work rights.
• Experience with admin, reception, or sales support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call every new enquiry within minutes and qualify them.
• Book AI visibility calls with the founder.
• Prepare proposals and payment links from templates the same day as the sales call.
• Onboard new clients and manage onboarding forms and checklists.
• Raise invoices in Xero and send payment links in Stripe.
• Send monthly reports and respond to client requests.
