Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a friendly Reservations team member to provide an exceptional booking experience across eight distinctive hotels in Australia. You will handle direct inbound calls, emails, and webchat with a focus on accuracy, upselling and superb customer service.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to work across hotel systems to manage bookings and payments.
