Job summary

NAB Graduate in Group Transformation is a structured program based in Melbourne (with some roles in Sydney) that offers hands-on experience, training and mentoring to prepare you for large-scale change delivery. Qualifications

• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
• Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in 2025, 2026 or 2027 or due to complete it by the commencement of the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across groups, gaining exposure to delivering transformation at scale.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to analyse customer needs and market trends.
• Help design and deliver customer propositions and solutions.
• Review, strengthen and automate controls to protect customers and colleagues.
• Use data and analysis to identify product and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver impactful transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do in Group Transformation

Through rotations, you’ll work with diverse teams and gain exposure to delivering transformation at scale. Depending on your rotation, you may:

Locations

Graduate roles in Group Transformation are primarily based in Melbourne, with a limited number of opportunities available in Sydney.

Program Start Date

The 2028 NAB Graduate Program commences in February 2028.
