Group Transformation leads complex organisational change that helps NAB become the most customer‑centric bank in Australia and New Zealand.

Our teams work across the organisation to simplify processes, modernise systems and improve how change is delivered.

By streamlining internal processes and strengthening operational resilience, we help NAB adapt quickly to evolving customer and market needs. Through close collaboration with business units, we identify opportunities to simplify, improve efficiency and deliver clearer, more seamless products and services for customers — including easier, faster and more reliable ways to move money.

What you’ll do in Group Transformation

Through rotations, you’ll work with diverse teams and gain exposure to delivering transformation at scale. Depending on your rotation, you may:

• Contribute to strategies that improve customer and colleague experiences
• Work with product and business teams to analyse customer needs and market trends
• Help design and deliver customer propositions and solutions
• Review, strengthen and automate controls to protect customers and colleagues
• Use data and analysis to identify product and process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver impactful transformation initiatives

Locations

Graduate roles in Group Transformation are primarily based in Melbourne, with a limited number of opportunities available in Sydney.

Program Start Date

The 2028 NAB Graduate Program commences in February 2028.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you must:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2025, 2026 or 2027) or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
