Job summary

NAB's Graduate Program in Personal Banking offers hands-on experience, structured training and mentoring within a collaborative environment across NAB. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, the program starts in 2028 and aims to deliver customer-centric outcomes for millions of NAB customers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed in the past three years (2025, 2026 or 2027) or due to complete by program start.

• Conduct research to build market and competitor understanding.
• Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Engage with customers and support the delivery of outstanding service at every interaction.

Locations

Graduate roles in Personal Banking are primarily based in Melbourne and Sydney.

Program Start Date

The 2028 NAB Graduate Program commences in February 2028.
